Mike, has been with Alliance since 2015, serving various roles. He started in Account Management, and was quickly promoted to the
Senior Account Manager, and today, serves as our National Sales Manager. Over the years, Mike has spearheaded numerous growth initiatives
that have helped shape Alliance into the premiere non-proprietary elevator packager it is today. When he's not leading his sales team,
Mike can be found hitting golf balls on local greens or enjoying the great outdoors.
As a former store manager for REI, Adam brings a wealth of customer service and managerial experience to our team. Since joining AES, his savvy
sales approach bridges the gap between GCs, architects, and independent elevator contractors. Couple that with his extensive experience in New
Construction, and Adam is well-equipped to help grow your market share. When he's not immersed in architectural drawings and elevator specs,
you'll find him hiking through state parks or kayaking on the water - he's a bit of a thrill-seeker.
With a background in elevator service and maintenance, Karissa brings valuable experience in both operations and sales to
AES. With a knack for solving problems, and building strong relationships, she is focused on helping independent elevator
companies succeed with AES solutions. When she's not working with clients, Karissa enjoys working out, traveling, and browsing
antique shops. She's also left-handed and ambidextrous, a unique skill that reflects her adaptable nature.
Chris brings industry experience from both Columbia Elevator and Duralift Elevator, giving him valuable perspective from
the supplier and contractor sides of the business. Passionate about technology and innovation, Chris is committed to clear
communication and using modern tools to deliver solutions for his clients. Outside of work, Chris enjoys experimenting with AI,
or stepping back in time at his favorite Renaissance Faire, which he has attended every year since high school.
